1. Digital Product Delivery
All our products are digital downloads and are delivered electronically.
- Upon successful payment, you will receive an instant download link on the order confirmation page and via email.
- Please ensure that you provide a valid email address during checkout to avoid delivery delays.
- If you do not receive your download email within 15 minutes, please check your spam or promotions folder, or contact our support team.
2. Subscription-Based Orders
For subscription or account-based products (e.g., software keys, tool access, or member logins):
- Delivery may take 24–48 hours after purchase for account setup and verification.
- Once activated, login credentials or activation details will be sent directly to your registered email address.
3. Delivery Confirmation
After your product is delivered, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and instructions for access. Please retain this email for future reference.
4. Failed or Delayed Deliveries
If your digital item is not delivered within the stated timeframe:
