1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:
- The digital product delivered is non-functional or not working as intended.
- Our customer support team has verified the issue and failed to resolve it within a reasonable time frame.
- You have contacted us within 30 days of purchase with valid proof of payment and a description of the issue.
Once the product has been downloaded or accessed, no refunds will be issued unless the product is proven defective or non-functional.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
- The product or license was successfully delivered and functional.
- The issue arises due to incorrect usage, incompatible device/software, or lack of technical knowledge.
- Change of mind or accidental purchase.
- Failure to read the product description before purchase.
All sales are final once the digital product is successfully delivered and confirmed functional.
3. Refund Process
If your case qualifies for a refund:
- Once approved, it may take 45–60 business days for the refund to reflect in your original payment account.
